Main
Barn
This
barn boasts 14 fully enclosed stalls which measure 12' x 16' .
Each stall has automatic waterers and is bedded with shavings.
The
barn is equipped with lights on a timer for show horse quality coats.
This barn includes a fully covered separate tack up area.
Board
rate is conveniently affordable at $350 per month.
Mare Motel
This
barn contains 30 stalls measuring 16' x 16' with mesh in between
each stall to minimize horse contact. Each stall is equipped with
automatic
waterers and is bedded with shavings.
The
barn is equipped with lights on a timer. Board rate is $325 monthly.
Fully Covered Pipe Pens
Stalls
are 24' x 24' with 10' high rails between each stall and 2" x 12"
board around stalls to hold shavings. Each stall is equipped with
automatic waterers and has lighting.
Board
rate is conveniently priced at $300 per month.
Common
Wall Pipe Pens
Stalls
are 24' x 24', six rail pens with half covered shelters. Each stall
is equipped with automatic waterers and has lighting.
Board
rate is conveniently listed at $245 per month.
Individual
Pipe Pens
Stalls
are 24' x 24', six rail pens with half covered shelters. Each stall
is equipped with automatic waterers.
Board
rate is $225 monthly.
Sycamore Canyon Stables has the following amenities:
Shoeing Stand
The
shoeing stand area is 24' x 24' with cross ties on two hitching
areas for farrier and vet use.
This
area has a cement base with stall mats to provide a level based
for proper shoeing.
Wash Racks
There
are two sets of wash racks on the property.
One
consists of a cement base with stall mats and cross ties for
safety and convenience.
This wash rack can accommodate two horses.
The
other wash rack consists of a cement base and rail ties and can
accommodate two horses.
Viewing Stands
There
are two viewing stands on the property. One overlooks the main arena
and the second overlooks the center arena.
Tack-up Areas
There
are multiple tack up areas on the property, each with heavy cross
tie piping and hitch rail combinations for secure tying.
Tack Sheds
Tack
sheds are included in the board fee.
These
large tack sheds are shared and include saddle racks, shelves
and bridle hooks.
Feed Lockers
A
feed locker is provided at no additional charge for storing supplemental
feed.
Hay and Shavings Barn
The
feed and shavings are kept inside a barn to protect them from wet
weather and sun bleaching.
There
are other services available for your convenience.
Trailer Parking
Trailer
parking is conveniently located on the ranch.
Monthly
trailer parking fee is $25.
Winter
Blanketing Service
Blankets
are put on nightly and removed each morning, unless weather designates
otherwise.
Supplemental
Feeding
We
will feed your horse supplemental feed, owner provided and prepared,
during daily feeding times at no extra charge.
Veterinary Clinics
Twice
yearly shot clinics are scheduled for your convenience.
Chiropractic Clinics
Chiropractor
clinics are scheduled every other month.
